This scope of this project is upgrading the access to CITRC Pad D. Current condition do no allow for use of the test pad in inclement weather. A gravel road is needed in lieu of the current two -track dirt road going into the Pad D to provide general year-round access to stage equipment, park vehicles, and allow for customer testing.
