CX-033000: Third Party Inspection and Analysis

The subcontractor will act as the Government representative, performing field surveys, laboratory testing, loss/gain analysis, site crude oil analysis and reporting. In some instances, specific sampling and testing may be required prior to the custody point as determined by the Government. Transfer of SPR oil may be received or delivered by pipeline, vessels, or barges. These services include performing and/or witnessing of all primary and backup custody transfer measurements, including sampling and laboratory testing.
