Installation of a new, redundant electrical feeder line from transmission lines on the west side of I-376 to the southern edge of the Neighborhood 91 (N91) site (approximately 750-1,000ft), where it would temporarily be run above ground on poles to where the existing buildings are located and would be terminated at a switch to transfer between the existing line and the new one.
