Planning for PECO to rebuild its 220-47, 220-69, and 220-31 230kV circuits which will reduce the frequency of transmission line outages caused by equipment failure. These upgrades will extend transmission life by over 50 years, reduce the safety risk from deteriorating conductors, and replace aging transmission infrastructure.
