CX-032512: Duke University -- A Grid that's Risk-Aware for Clean Electricity - GRACE

This Second Amended Determination follows the approval of additional funding and an extended period of performance to support the project team's small-scale research and development activities of their Grid that's Risk-Aware for Clean Electricity (GRACE) energy management system framework for characterizing the uncertainty of electric power system assets to optimize their performance, currently being developed under the Performance-based Energy Resource Feedback, Optimization, and Risk Management (PERFORM) program.
