The Recipient will produce Silicon Oxycarbide Coal-Composite (SiOC) resin and SiOC waste coal fine (WCF) anode active products (AAPs) in small {initial) and large (final) lab-scale batch quantities before transitioning to streamlined semi-continuous production of SiOC resin and SiOC WCF AAP, with the goal of producing up to 75 kilograms of SiOC WCF AAP.
