CX-029997: Certification Labeling Enforcement

In this direct final rule, DOE is establishing and amending certification requirements, labeling requirements, and enforcement provisions for certain products and equipment to ensure reporting is consistent with applicable energy conservation standards and test procedures and to ensure DOE has the information necessary to determine the appropriate classification of products for the application of standards.
