CX-028849: Concord Street Loop: Building a utility-managed geothermal network in Framingham, Massachusetts and exploring options to integrate renewable energy elements, 2632-1565

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) is proposing to provide funding to the Home Energy Efficiency Team, Inc. (HEET) in order to design and install a geothermal network that would serve an Environmental Justice community in Framingham, MA. A workforce plan for the geothermal industry would also be created in order to engage community members.
