D and R the abandoned heat recovery coil in the fan supply unit located in building 735-11A, Room 201. Replace the steam and chill water coils in the unit. Clean, repair, and replace drain piping throughout the unit. Install new floor plates in the fan section to cover/repair rotted and decayed flooring.
