The subcontractor shall provide security alarm monitoring service, system maintenance, and preventive maintenance bi-annually on all security system components including motion sensors, IP cameras systems, NVR recording devices, update any firmware/ software patches for the NVR system when they become available and provide uninterruptable power supplies.
