Missouri University of Science and Technology (MUST) proposes to acquire a pulsed radio frequency glow discharge optical emission spectrometer (GD-OES), with the capability of ultrafast elemental depth profiling, to demonstrate its applications in high-throughput characterization with sensitivity/accuracy of nuclear materials.
