Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Rocky Mountain Region (RMR), proposes to remove an existing generator building and concrete slab foundation, mount a new outdoor generator on a new concrete slab that will have a metal fence attached to the concrete, and install new conduit for installation of a new power feed from the High Plains Power Rural Electric Association (REA) at its Boysen Peak (BPK) Communication Site.
