Subcontractor will provide roof repairs at 617-11G. The Subcontractor will disturb the existing roof while performing these repairs on 617-11G. The existing roof will be removed and replaced with a new roof. There are no silica, rad, asbestos, lead, or electrical obstruction issues when drilling or removing/installing the roofing system.
