This proposed activity will employ H Canyon's Electrolytic Dissolver to process Fast Critical Assembly material. Upgrades to the dissolver, electrolytic dissolver transformer, rectifier, jumpers, baskets, etc. will be required before processing can begin in H Canyon. This environmental evaluation checklist was generated to allow updating outmoded equipment in H Canyon. An amended Record of Decision will be required for the material to be processed in the Canyon.
