The objective of this project is to establish the Savannah River Site as a ground truth test site for phenomenology discovery and tradecraft development with regards to perimeter security lighting. Savannah River National Laboratory is partnering with the 513th Military Intelligence Brigade, as they have previously set up temporary sites on Fort Gordon and are subject matter experts with strong ties to the community.
