Silver exchanged mordenite and activated carbon have been selected as sorbents to remove iodine from exhaust gases in a planned waste treatment plant.  The current planned disposal pathway for the sorbents is solidification in grout.  This scope of work is being conducted to generate sorbents with iodine for solidification in grout to allow testing of the proposed waste form.
