The MFC-768 cooling water system provides the Fuel Conditioning Facility, Analytical Laboratory, Fuels and Applied Science Building, and the power plant with various cooling loads. The pumps for the system are outdated and need to be replaced. The proposed action replaces the two system pumps with two Paco LC series pumps with a design point of 250 gallons per minute at 60 pounds per square inch with a 15 horsepower motor.
