The 711-4N lead melter complex includes a lead melter and supporting structures (dress-out hut, machining/tooling booth, material storage). This environmental evaluation checklist serves two purposes: 1) To transfer the 711-4N lead melter complex, outlined in the 2002 environmental evaluation checklist number CN-N-2002-003 (attached), into the current environmental evaluation checklist format (Lotus Notes); and 2) To evaluate proposed changes to the 711-4N complex which include upgrades to the supporting structures.
