Western Area Power Administration proposes to conduct "danger tree" management along its Big Thompson - Flatiron 13.8-kilovolt Distribution Line, located five miles west of the City of Loveland, Colorado. Electrical safety and reliability standards require that this vegetation be removed to avoid hazardous situations and disruption of electrical service.
