The fire suppression system and alarm for the Willow Creek Building Mechanical Building, building IF-617, does not meet National Fire Protection Association Codes and Standards, and needs to be modified. The proposed action upgrades the IF-617 fire water sprinkler system, and replaces a portion of the fire suppression system that currently is freeze protected with glycol with a wet system freeze protected with heat trace and insulation.
