Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to allow MCI Metro to string aerial fiber optic cable on an existing distribution line that crosses BPA fee-property. The cable stringing would occur on a Clark Public Utility District distribution line that is perpendicular to BPA’s Ross-Lexington No. 1 line, between towers 19/4 and 19/5. All work on BPA property would take place above ground along NE Cedar Creek and NE Elna roads, using bucket trucks and climbers. No ground disturbance is proposed.
