Air handler EP 20910 provides heating, ventilation, and air conditioning service to two conference rooms, the adjacent telecommunications room, some offices, and the adjacent corridors. This unit was originally installed in 1962. This system has exceeded its life expectancy and is operating poorly due to its age, abandoned & out-of-service systems, and neglect. The existing air handling unit will be disassembled & removed and replaced with a new air handling unit.
