Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to provide funds to the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation (CTUIR) to install a new, backup generator and an approximately 12-foot by 19-foot concrete slab and 100-foot-long conduit that would support the generator installation at the Three-Mile Dam Adult Collection Facility in Umatilla County, Oregon.
