McCone Electric Cooperative has proposed to install a new electrical distribution line pole within the Wolf Point Substation property boundary. The pole would be a simple wood pole placed on the south side of the Wolf Point Substation, outside the perimeter fence and immediately south of the drainage ditch surrounding the substation, approximately 100 feet east of the west edge of the perimeter fence. Western's proposed action would be to execute an easement outgrant to allow McCone Electric Cooperative to cross Western's property for the purpose of power distribution.
