Savannah River National Laboratory is conducting an attenuation-based sampling for I129 and Tc99 along Fourmile Branch down-gradient from the F-Area Seepage Basins as part of the Department of Energy EM-12 Office of Soil and Groundwater Remediation "Attenuation-Based Remedies for the Subsurface Applied Field Research Initiative (ABRS AFRI)". Groundwater sampling will be conducted using a portable peristaltic pump to extract water from the wells and place in sample bottles.
