The KIS Glovebox Can Cutter is a factory modified Tri Tool Model 576AC SEVERMASTER. This tool is used to cut the 3013 outer and inner containers to remove the convenience can containing Pu oxide. The KIS Can Cutter uses two cutting wheels and operates similar to a manual tube cutter.
