MOX Services proposes to install equipment to increase pedestrian safety. Pedestrian signal lights will be installed at multiple locations around the MOX facility to more effectively control pedestrian and vehicular movement. Minor excavation (small holes approximately three feet deep) will be required in some locations for poles supporting the signal lights.
