The purpose of the Integrated Engineering Research Center would be to provide mixed-use space of offices, technical benches, small laboratories, and large laboratories to consolidate engineering and technical teams, facilitate international interdisciplinary collaborations, leverage laboratory capabilities and expertise, avoid duplicating capabilities, and increase efficiency.
