Ohio State University proposes to purchase and install the equipment necessary to develop and benchmark a non-invasive velocity measurement technique for salt based on short-lived activation products decay, a Fourier Transform Infrared spectrometer to measure the optical absorption of infrared radiation in salt, and three globe valves for the Fluoride Salt Direct Reactor Auxiliary Cooling System Test Facility.
