The HB-Line Stairwell #2 exit enclosure and storage room (under stairwell) does not comply with NFPA 101 or NFPA 221 for a 1 hr.-rated fire barrier. It also does not have a rated fire door that complies with NFPA 80 attached to the interior wall. The modifications include: repairing walls in the stairwell and storage room underneath the stairwell and installing a fire rated door to the interior wall.
