Subcontractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to close the Big Hill Anhydrite Pond 9. Tasks include civil and demolition work to grade the area where the pond is currently located, and removal of concrete structures so that nothing is exposed. Subcontractor shall reclaim all crushed stone on the existing dike slopes of the pond and stockpile at the Big Hill site for future use. All soil below the crushed stone of the dikes shall be salvaged and used to fill in the pond.
