The previous categorical exclusion addressed the sale of outdoor equipment located in the City of Bonners Ferry’s Moyle Substation to the City of Bonners Ferry. In addition to the sale of outdoor equipment described in the previous categorical exclusion, BPA also proposes to sell the following: • Three 230-kV and over current transformers, potential transformers, and potential devices • Three 15-kV current transformers (correction from 11-5kV potential transformers described in previous CX) • One 6/8 megavar power transformer • All 115-kV structures and supports • One wood, all-clad substation metering and control house • All indoor switches, panels and relays • One positron
