The Tritium Responsive Infrastructure Modifications (TRIM) Program has three major objectives based on reducing cost of operations, reducing infrastructure vulnerabilities, and revitalizing the facilities for ongoing / new missions. For this revision of the EEC, funding has only been approved for Site Preparation & Electrical Substation Installation, Project Y701.
