In this Notice of Preliminary Determination, DOE has preliminarily determined that the 2013 edition of ANSI/ASHRAE/IES Standard 90.1-2013, "Energy Standard for Buildings Except Low-Rise Residential Buildings" would achieve greater energy efficiency in bulidings subject to the code, than the 2010 edition of Standard 90.1.
