Bonneville Power Administration proposes to install a revenue meter at the planned 10-megawatt Fossil Lake solar project in Lake County, Oregon. The meter would allow power generated from Obsidian Renewables’ solar project to be integrated into the Federal Columbia River Transmission System via Midstate Electric Cooperative. The proposed point of interconnection would be at the Midstate Electric Cooperative’s Christmas Valley Substation.
