The Tonto Apache Tribe would utilize DOE and cost share funds to install commercially available solar arrays on two of the tribe's largest energy consuming buildings. Under this project, the installed photovoltaic system would be a mixture of roof mount and solar shade structure arrays on and around the two tribal buildings.
