The proposed action is to upgrade of the existing contamination area associated with an old unused tanker loading structure located south of 9831. The project will improve the appearance of the site, dispose of waste, and reduce the likelihood of the spread of contamination. The existing contaminated steel beam, channel, pipe, hopper and other features will be removed and disposed of as low level contaminated scrap metal and debris.
