The proposed activity would terminate the current lease of the North Boulevard Annex (IF-613) at 2095 North Boulevard in Idaho Falls, ID on or about July 31, 2013 for cost savings and footprint reduction purposes. A facility walkthrough by BEA personnel will occur prior to the lease termination to ensure the facility is ready for turnover back to the owner. Approximate cost associated with these activities is estimated at $2,000.00.
