Subcontractor shall provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment, services, transportation, storage and supervision required to install new Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) buildings at the Big Hill (BH), Bryan Mound (BM), and West Hackberry (WH) Strategic Petroleum Reserve sites. The buildings will house the VFD electrical system used to control the operation of the site pumps. Tasks include excavation for all foundations; construction of concrete foundation, steel support structure, and precast concrete deck; and installation of GFE pre-fabricated metal building on concrete deck.
