Washington River Protection Solutions LLC (WRPS) will perform small-scale, short-term cleanup actions, costing ten million or less, under the Resource Conservation & Recovery Act (RCRA), Atomic Energy Act, or other authorities as necessary to reduce risk to human health or the environment from a release or threat of release of a hazardous substance of than high-level radioactive waste and spent nuclear fuel during Calendar Year 2013.
