Energy Efficiency and Conservation block Grant. 1) Energy efficiency upgrades to new systems during building construction including grey water system, super fluorescent lighting, system for temperature and ventilation control, electric car recharging and Energy Star equipment; 2) renewable energy resources on new Community Center including a solar wall and solar photovoltaic panels (approved except for geothermal); and 3) conduct audits and hire part-time staff to conduct the audits.
