An operational system does not exist for pH adjustment of service water in F-Area. The consequence of long term use of non-pH adjusted service water is chronic long-term corrosion of affected SSCs. This modification will tie a pre-engineered skid-mounted pH adjustment system into the service water system to automatically control pH of the service water in F-Area.
