The United States Department of Energy (DOE) proposes to demolish portions of the Weldon Spring administration building to reduce excess building footprint and maintenance costs associated with the building. DOE also proposes to demolish a small shed and replace the site's wastewater treatment system with a new, more cost effective subsurface discharge-to-drainfield system.
