The purpose of this activity is to puncture / vent bulging drums (or other containers) that may be found in Spent Fuel Project Facilities. This particular activity involves drums that are currently located in two storage trailers. The puncturing of the drums will be performed by Solid Waste personnel using their puncture device or by Facility personnel. Once vented, the containers will be prepared for proper disposal.
