1) Install fluorescent lighting system, new temperature sensors, and other heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) controls to tie into the building management system of the ice skating rink, 2) install lighting fixtures and HVAC ductwork configuration upgrades at the St. Joseph Animal Control and Rescue Facility, 3) upgrade traffic signals to light-emitting diodes, 4) conduct audits of city facilities, and 5) upgrade parking garage lighting.
