Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory (LLNL) proposes to install a high-pressure cryogenic pump and hydrogen fueling station in the southeast corner of the Livermore site. These activities would include demolition of existing asphalt and landscape, excavation and trenching to provide utilities, installation of a dispenser for cryogenic and/or compressed gas, and excavation for installation of concrete footings.
