The Minnesota Chippewa Tribe (Mille Lacs Band) proposes to install renewable energy systems on the new Head Start Facility consisting of two wind turbines (approximately 1.2 kilowatt (kW) each) and an approximately 5.7 kW solar paneling, roof-mounted system.
