Western Area Power Administration (Western) will replace a heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system at the Weld Substation. The substation occurs in Section 5, T.5N, R.66W at 104' 48' 26" and 40' 25' 38" in Weld County. The proposed work consists of removing existing wall-mounted HVAC air conditioning units, repairing walls where units occurred, and installing new HVAC systems.
