Remove the existing Air Operations Division gasoline powered emergency generator and replace it with a new upgraded diesel powered generator and provide additional concrete paving for helicopter maneuvering between 703-5B and the fueling station. Improvements include a new drain line and manhole located southwest of 703-5B.
