Western proposes to conduct Emergency Crossarm Replacement at Structures 3/3 and 38/8 along the existing Coolidge-Oracle 115-kilovolt transmission line. We will use existing access roads and rubber tired vehicles such as pickup trucks, crew trucks, and bucket trucks to bring personnel and equipment to the work area. This work is necessary to maintain the safety and reliability of the bulk electrical system.
